Bengaluru(Electronics City Phase 1)
- Provide remote support for storage hardware and software to MC customers, field CE's, escalation engineers, reseller/VAR, and L1 engineers
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and issues via phone and email
- Implement problem resolution, interface with engineering and quality teams
- Work with assigned territory service managers, TAC, and customer service teams to resolve incidents and issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to engineering for further investigation and resolution
